  All of my pre-arrival questions and request were quickly and consideratly answered. The entire staff was extremely obliging to address any of our needs whenever we had a inquiry. The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding.   - Rooms are huge! They converted a huge day-bed into a double bed for my 2 kids. Perfect for a family of 4 staying in the room! - The SLIDE at the pool is awesome! Kids love it to bits. We probably took 2000 slides in our 5 days there! - Candy the young elephant at the resort. Visiting us daily at the poolside is cool! - Free use of sports facilit... hva folk sier » ies at the resort including kayaking, wind-surfing, archery, sailing, etc. (The lagoon is a perfect place for these water sports as there are no waves - A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble.   our room was upgraded to one bedroom loft, it is really amazing, we really really like it. the shower room was provided after we checked out. the view in the room and in the hotel(everywhere)is extradinary, the hotel is next to the seaside, you can walk through the lobby. all the facilities are well maintained and taken care of. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.
