  Location of this hotel is fantastic. Located at the end of Sairee Beach, it is close enough to the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. We stayed in a roof top villa which was excellent. Decor of the room was quirky and the outside bathroom was a nice feature.   Really nice! The beach is gorgeous, we did snorkel every day, using the hotel equipment that was borrowed at no charge at it was good quality, but next time we will buy and take our own, so you don't have to run for it every morning. They also have kayaks to go around the bay that are in very good condition. The food is nice. It is a perfect place to be. We stayed 3 nights in a castaway villa - P e r f e c t! the closest to the beach you can get. The design is simple and beautiful. You can relax on the soffa on the terrace just about 7 steps from the water. The grounds very green&peacefull and I believe that even if you are not staying in a castaway villa you will enjoy great views.
