Baanlek Home stay is only 3-4 mins walking distance from the City centre Chiangmai Gate, which is a quiet place to get rest, and also a very convenient spot to explore the city from.
2/Hospitality--
Mr. Baanlek and his stuff are all very friendly and willing to help. It was very thoughtful of him to turn on the AC before i came back. One of his staff offer to give me a ride when i was leaving. During my two-day stay, it has been like Mr. Baanlek and i are old time friends.

Perfect location in the old city,which is really close to the Wat Chedi Luang(my favorite temple in Thailand) and the Sunday market.
Extremely beautiful environment, the white mansion surrounded by carefully-cultivated flowers is charming day and night.

It's pretty good to stay here, very comfortable and helpful. It's the best house I lived in my journey in Thailand.The view is so good and very clean and full of north Thailand feel. The layout of the guesthouse was excellent - swimming pool, restaurant area, and reception area. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Most of the reception staff were friendly, but all were efficient with their service. The food was reasonable without being outstanding.
My room up-grade was good with wi-fi access in the room most convenient. All facilities were in good working order. Would book again.

The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked
