- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 CHF will be required upon arrival for damages. To be paid by VISA/ECMC - Please note that a final cleaning fee is included in the price. - Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
