Valet car park, a glass of champagne on arrival, nice pool, spa gym facilities and a smashing view on the lake from our private balcony (to be ordered at booking) ...   The Spa! The view and the friendliness and attentivness of the staff. Checked in alone for a spa day and a movie night with dinner in my room and the movies did not work and there was no technician. Very disappointing!! - Service and staff. Design of the hotel was superb.
