  The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a business trip and found the staff very helpful and accomodating - loaned me an umbrella, etc. Continental breakfast was also very nice, with fresh croissants and a good selection. Located directly across from the train station, so it wasn't too close to the "red light" district nearby.   All the staff were good and the the male manager/proprieter was exceptionally helpful and freindly. I felt very welcome at the hotel and will certainly stay there again when next I visut Geneva - Friendly staff

  It's an Ibis, so you can usually guarantee that you'll be reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size. (Got a Smart Deal with letsbookhotel.com). Compared to the general cost of hotels in Geneva it was a fair price (but nothing's cheap in Switzerland). Provided free public transportation passes for our entire stay. Free Wifi throughout the hotel.

  The hotel's owners, Dominique and Josiene, were very, very friendly and helpful - it was almost like home away from home. Even though the Au Bel Air Hotel was old, it had such a lovely warm, cosy ambiance about it, and having been able to open the windows was great.   Really nice hotel in very quite corner of Switzerland. Room was verynice (upgraded without charge) and service very good. - Nothing. This is possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is overpriced. The rooms are not in the old building as advertised.
