  The staff was extremely helpful, informed and able to respond in several languages. The food was absolutely great and the bed comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as enjoyable as the Hotel Schloss Ragaz. - Kindness and efficiency of staff and management.

  It's a lovely hotel on an inlet on Bodensee (Lake Constance). We had the least expensive room and thought it was perfect. They say our room was not yet remodeled but we could not tell what was not remodeled. The hotel is also in a quaint village off the beaten path a bit.
