  Very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late, and the owner came outside immediately to show us a parking place. We still could order dinner in spite of the late hour. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, a funny mix of old and new. Breakfast served local produce and home made food, fresh and delicious.   We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

  We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could goeverywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who likemodern architecture! - the staff treatment and the strange furniture

  I enjoyed every single second of my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff (especially the receptionist) were very helpful and attentive. They acknowledged that I am lacto intolerant, and provided lacto free yoghurt, milk and butter. Our room was small but very comfortable. The design and ambiance were truly relaxing, the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful (thank you Stefen). There was wi-fi, parking, a lovely breakfast, cosy lounge area - basically, anything and everything you need for a perfect holiday or a business trip.

If ambience is important, this hotel is very modern and lacks the ambience smaller hotels and guest houses offer. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
