Uncomplicated, friendly owners went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, welcoming me from the moment I arrived and offering advice and answers to all my questions. My room was spacious, clean, and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit and a good cappuccino.

Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were
friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with
public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found
the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where
the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.

The owners were wonderful.. We had experienced a travel related problem and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful in helping us resolve all our related problems.
