  Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Free Tram pass provided was brilliant and so easy to use and get around.Coffee machine, nuts and water were nice gestures.Breakfast good and served until 1pm- so ideal for travellers or just leisurely start to the day. - Retro and cosy ambiance, nice and hel... hva folk sier » pfull staff, perfect location in an enchanting street.   Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

  Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit ... hva folk sier » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

  Me and my wife really enjoyed staing in your hotel. The rooms are clean, furniture new. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. And, of course, very professional and nice staff. Thank you! - The free travel card worked wonderfully. Restaurant was good. Parking garage very secure. Friendly, helpful staff.

  It was a fantastic stay with this Hostel..clean.. lovely food.. quit with excellent scenery out side and great atmosphere inside... Staff was very friendly from reception to Buffet staff..accessible to public transport specially to Train Main Station.so guy if you going to Basel Switzerland please pick and booked to this place i can guarantee a 1... hva folk sier » 00% satisfaction... looking forward to stay in the future i am back to Swiss land - I had my passport nicked while at a bathhouse. The staff at the reception were very helpful and put up well with a panicked traveler. The babbling brook right outside is a very nice touch. Breakfast is good. Nice bread, nice cheeses, yogurt, cereals, coffee is gratis in the morning. Overall, it's a very nice hostel though only a hostel which are generally only as good as the guests who are present.

  Great location and very helpful staff with rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location is right by the train station but tucked away on a quiet street so you have the convenience of being near all transportation but without all the noise. A good central location for both Basel and getting to ... hva folk sier » and from France, Germany and other Swiss cities. - The staff were very helpful, knowledgable, eager to please, sympathetic to your requirements. The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel. The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere. ( I didn't experience lunch or dinner)
