  Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit ... hva folk sier » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

  Hotel was clean and modern with good sized rooms and excellent bathroom/shower. I liked the fridge in the bedroom as I could store snacks and drinks for two small kids - also the coffee section in the reception was useful. My son liked the billiards and table football ! The car park was convenient as was the Stucki shopping mall. We also liked t... hva folk sier » he steak restaurant attached to the hotel. - This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 20 minutes tram ride to Basel. For my liking the hotel bar could do with not closing at midnight. There is a good free Tea/Coffee making machine in the hotel lobby. I believe that this is a good hotel to stay at for both business and leisure, we would stay here again.

  This hotel offers excellent value, is in easy reach of the motorway and a lovely walk along the Rhine is only 5 mins away. The staff were helpful and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a Social Enterprise with green credentials. I would highly recommend it for a 1/2 night stopover in Basel. - The room was very well designed.   The staff were immediately welcoming when I dropped off my bag on my way to a meeting on arrival in Basel. The room had windows to open at night (many hotels have sealed windows). The location was perfect thanks to the map on your booking website. When I had to get up and leave at 4.30 the night manager made me a cup of tea which was beyond the... hva folk sier » call of duty; for this alone I would return. - The location of the hotel is truly excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much.

  Great location and very helpful staff with rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location is right by the train station but tucked away on a quiet street so you have the convenience of being near all transportation but without all the noise. The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel. The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere. ( I didn't experience lunch or dinner)
