  Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly.   We were a family of 4 that stayed in the studio apartment. 1. Very easy to find, a 6 minute walk from Basel SBB train station. 2. Big room, big bathroom, loads of space, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony with a small table. 3. A nice big Co-op supermarket nearby. 4. Great value breakfast at CHF 5 (£3.5) per person 5. All in all, considering the price we paid, the - Space!!!! Loved the large room. Windows and balcony let in lots of light. Good sized bathroom. Easy to find. Lovely staff. Nice dining and kitchen area in hostel side-although we didnt use this it looked new and clean. Good fridge in our room.
