  The staff were friendly and helpful, the room large, clean, bright and airy. The hotel is just steps from the train and bus station, making it very convenient. Overall I found the Hirschen to be very comfortable. The only downside is the smoking from the bar (see what I didn't like), however despite this, and being fully aware of it, I have to say... hva folk sier » that I would stay there again. - location is great very close to main road. room was ok and bathroom was enough. hotel has a private parking area. Nice breakfast.

  The owner is very friendly and is was perfect to have two interconnecting rooms for us and our 4 children. There is good coffee available all day and the breakfast is very varied and plentiful.   The staff was extremely helpful, informed and able to respond in several languages. The food was absolutely great and the bed comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as enjoyable as the Hotel Schloss Ragaz. - Kindness and efficiency of staff and management.

I will go again, - It was a lovely place, good located and a nice room. They were really easy when checking in and out and had a parking space near the hotel.

  The owner had said as there was no washing machine in the accommodation she agreed to do one machine load for us.
