  Friendly staff, great facilities with an incredible view of Lugano and the lake. Great for the kids too. - The view -the room- the breakfast buffet was excellent and the services wear excellent too

  friendly staff, very helpful; short drive to and from airport; convience of garage: great breakfast buffet; enjoyed 20 min walk to Lugano center; in our opinion the bed was the most comfortable during our two week stay in Europe. - Very good hotel. I'm recommend this hotel
