The location is beautiful; magnificent garden to eat a good breakfast with great view on the lake; the house is nice with a vintage side. The rooms are nicely decorated. At night, is was very calm. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Very clean, light airy room. Breakfast on the terrace lovely and varied, coffee very good. 15 minute walk to downtown Locarno down many steps (pedestrian only route). These steps are very dark at night.
