Friendly hotel staff - I was to meet some people, they helped to organize it. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and fast internet for free in the room.

In a - We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.

  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  It was a delight to stay somewhere that was so very elegant without being in the slightest pretentious.   Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also it helped that staff we dealt with all spoke English. We were also given a travel card each which gave unlimited free travel on all the public transport within the city of Geneva. This we used more than once. - They granted an early check in although I was told that i won't be able to check ... hva folk sier » in early, but they did their best and that was very satisfying for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great.
