  Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

  Me and my wife really enjoyed staing in your hotel. The rooms are clean, furniture new. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. And, of course, very professional and nice staff. Thank you! - The free travel card worked wonderfully. Restaurant was good. Parking garage very secure. Friendly, helpful staff.

  this is probably the best hotel in basel. room and bathroom are spacious. the river view room is magnificent. restaurants offer great food. staff are well experienced and helpful. everything is just beautiful. - The quiet. The view of the river. The location in old town and next to tram stop. The gourmet restaurant.

  Great location and very helpful staff with rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location is right by the train station but tucked away on a quiet street so you have the convenience of being near all transportation but without all the noise. The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel. The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere.
