I was a bit worried before coming here after reading some negative reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable, clean and exceptionally well run hostel that was centrally located and easy to find. The hostel was great, very modern. The food for breakfast was good, and for dinner they gave you plenty to fill your belly. The showers were clean and neverd smelled funny or anything.
The lockers are big enough to fit all your stuff and they are totally safe.
It's really near (2 blocks away) from Butini Tram Station so it can take you anywhere.

The rooms are adecuate and very clean, typical of Swiss standard. The restaurant is very good, it offers a set menu for CHF 32, which for Geneva is a good price. I liked the location on a quiet street but in the hub of the Old City.

The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -

Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.
