The locality to Gare Cornavin was very convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable and offered more than we'd expected in terms of e.g. comfort, facilities. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also it helped that staff we dealt with all spoke English. We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.

It's an Ibis, so you can usually guarantee that you'll be reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size.
