The apartment was most convenient to the railway station and shops a few mins walk away. Grindlewald and Interlarkin were a short drive away. The owners spoke English and were very helpful. The underground garage was an added bonus. We would recommend this Apartment.

It is a lovely 130 year-old hotel. The lobby is tastefully furnished and clean. You can see the river and the mountains from the room balcony. The train and bus stations are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. It is close to the Old Town and shopping area. Halal food is sold nearby.

Excellent help from the owners. We went to a local ski park in the morning after checkout. And then had to rush to catch the train in the afternoon. The owners, very helpfully he brought our 2 big suitcases with 2 smaller cabin bags to both train stations. This is great service indeed and beyond expectations.

The staff, Sandra and Damien, were first class. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The location on the lakeside is stunning, with great free parking and local free bus service almost from the door.
Breakfast was also very good and included in the price.

Excellent location. there's a supermarket. it took 2minutes on foot. + Extremly Clean.(I think the room was just renovated cuz there was not any spots or dirts!)
Great facilities. Everything was there. (every cooking stuffs, new oven and refridgelator + clean shower booth)

We had a lovely time at India Village. The treatment of teh guest is
lovely....staff extrmly friendly...if you carve for Indian food evn when
you are out of India ...this place is teh best. Overall it can be a
great place to stay as it is just next to river and very close to the
interlaken ost station...and if you are a bollywood buff...then close to
th echurch were Kajol visited:))...enjoy your stay there.
