views of the lake friendly staff very well located very clean and quiet. Very friendly management and personnel. Excellent location on the lake promenade. Balcony with a lake and mountains view in most rooms, plus a terrace on the roof. Nothing. Expensive - Ascona - Switzerland. No air conditioning in the room. Noisy. (at night we had to open the balcony since it was too hot in the room but couldn't sleep because of groups of noisy shouting people probably returning from the night club) Staff in the restaurant can't speak English. Poor and monotonous breakfast.
