This place is paradise for countryside lovers. We were just in transit for trip at Arstrid Lindgrens Varld, which is fantastic by the way, but there is so much more to see and visit in the surroundings. We recommend at least 3 nights to get a feeling of this place. So tranquil and friendly, it feels just like in fairy tales. And of course, host is very nice and helpful. Nice modern cottage with fully equipped kitchen, IKEA beds and fine bathroom. Good location in beautiful surroundings with lakes nearby. Car necessary. 10 minutes drive to Astrid Lindgrens World. There is no reception so call the owners prior to arrival. This is a self service establishment so be prepared to clean the house upon departure.
The vast forests just outside your door-step, and horses behind the
house. Peace and quiet. A very well-equipped kitchen,which made cooking
for kids much easier and a wonderful barbacue on the patio. Useful
tourist information available in the house.
