  Beliggenheten - I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt. The breakfast was real breakfast. There was lot a variety to choose from. - i love this hotel: location, breakfast and especially bedlinen!!!

  Berns Hotell bestilte taxi til oss fra Arlanda som ikke dukket opp. Berns Hotel ville derfor oppgradere vårt rom til et rom med jacuzzi. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use. Excellent location and friendly staff. - The reception staff were very helpful in arranging both dinner reservations and reservations for boat tours.   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.
