  The hotel itself is very nice. Personnel there could hardly speak Englis except one man who was very nice and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is its situation. It is situated far from the city. - this hotel was a transit stop for us on our return trip from portugal. it's position close to our main route made it an ideal stopover.

  we really liked our stay in the hostal! it's close to the autobus station from salamanca as well to the 'old town - the main center of salamanca'! the staff is very nice --> if we decide to travel another time to salamanca...hostal conde david!   It had everything I needed, a small room, blankets, heating, and most importantly hot water. There is also a small chapel. I am a good walker and the distance into the centre was ok. - Nice staff and cheap
