  The staff were all excellent in their helpfulness and attention to requests. Hotel is in a good location for old town sightseeing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources. Apparently the restaurant is very good, but it i... hva folk sier » s closed Sun-Mon-Tues so there was no chance for me to eat there. The breakfast is expensive but a typical price in such a hotel. (For those who compl - The Caro hotel is centrally located near to the cathedral and with easy walking distance of many of the attractions of Valencia.
