Good central location, everything in walking distance: 5 minutes from the cathedral and shopping area. Quiet street near an old church and small square. The Centre of Arts and Science can be reached in only 30 minutes if you choose to walk. Beach can be reached easily by metro, bus or taxi.
Very friendly and flexible owner, very helpful. He really knows his town and he speaks rather good English. He can recommend you things concerning sightseeing, restaurants and public transport.

It was a wonderful apartment, in a great area, everything you needed was there like dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, cleaning stuff, foil, all the necessaries! Also the beds were very comfortable which is very important! Can't wait to go back!.
Small point of critic; there were some problems with the cleaning before our check-in, but the owner apologized several times for it, so it was not that big of a deal.
