  The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful.   The restaurant is typical andalouz, relaxing, the staff is welcoming and smily. Location is perfect, in the heart of historical centre, 2mn walking from the cathedral. The staff are good and the design of the hotel is beautiful. The room was simple and basic.
