  Although she does not speak English the lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Convenient parking for a modest price, city center in walking distance. Good value for money. - Very friendly staff, a good room, comfortable with a good bathroom. There are cafes close by for breakfast.

  It is a very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Barrii de Santa Cruz, the most beautiful and historic zone in Sevilla and 6 mins to the Catedraly Giralda by walking. Clean and comfortable room. Many bars and restaurants nearby that closed very late at night. Highly recommened! - Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night.

  The couple that runs this place is so lovely and helpful. Even though they hardly spoke any English, they really tried to connect with me and my friend in English and even bought us breakfast (churros!) on our last day!!   The room was clean and pleasant. It had a comfortable bed and a sink, and there was a toilet / shower room next door to the bedroom, which was also very clean. They had a washing machine available for use and a roof terrace to dry clothes. The location is absolutely excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're simply looking for a clean bedroom to sleep in, it's a great choice. - Room provided everything I needed for reasonable price. Compact but complete.
