  The property is beautiful, the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful and downright adorable. Santander is in a part of Spain that does not speak English, and being the only one of 3 that speaks high-school spanish, ie, not much, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we knew where we were going and what to do.   We really enjoyed the stay in a hotel. The location is convenient(near the train station, near the cafes and bars on embankment ),hotel design is modern, rooms are clean and spacious, staff veryfriendly and helpful. - Very helpful staff, good to have English speakers on site
