This is a four-room terraced house 100 m2 on 2 levels, built in 2003. It is located 400 m from the sea. In the ground floor it has a living/dining room with TV, video, air-conditioning and warm air heating. There is a fully equipped open kitchen including oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. There is a separate toilet. On the upper floor there is one room with two single beds, one room with a double bed and another with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Bedrooms are equipped with ventilators. There is a bathroom with bath, bidet, and toilet. At holiday Home Chalupa San Jose there is a Large terrace 36 m2 partly covered with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue. Other facilities include washing machine and an outside shower on the terrace. Supermarket is 300 m away, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Tennis 100 m. The San Jose fiestas are celebrated the first and second week of August. The house is next to the "fairground".
