  It's a lovely place. People are very kind and they were very helpful. Bilbao is a very interesting place to visit and this hotel is a good option - Clean, comfortable *excellent beds*, fantastic breakfast, central location. Well reccommended

  The quality of the hotel, the building, the staff, were all excellent. The food simple but good. It is many a year since we have checked out of an hotel with a fairwell kiss and a hug for both my wife and myself!   Fantastic hotel and owners! The beautiful small hotel is laying between two amazing natural parks (better to have a car). The hotel is perfect for people who like to hike and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The view from the large and luxurious rooms is spectacular! Randa and Kepa (the owners) are wonderful people and they will do anything to make ... hva folk sier » you feel at home. They also know a lot of the region, the history, the highlights and where to go. You can have a good breakfast and a delicious diner - This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming. As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

  Naiara and the rest of the folks that work at the house are extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is dramatic high up in the hills/mountains. The breakfasts were fantastic. There's a bakery on the premises and you enjoy the products throughout your visit. You are really in the middle of the great Basque region and culture. Beaches to the North are an ea - Staff is simply AMAZING !!! Naiara was extremely nice and helpful. She is always ready to help in any way possible. Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable. To be there with them felt just like being home with family. Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.

  Very friendly staff, staying up late to let us in on a late flight. Nice rooms, very clear and friendly, great decor in the restaurant. Family breakfast specially prepared by granny, with yummy cakes. It is a wonderful old family run Hotel. It's like staying in the family's home. They make you feel so welcome. Room was spacious and delightfully filled with antique furniture to match this old farmhouse. Close to station for 10 min trip into Bilbao. Perfect if you don't want to stay in a city centre. Breakfast great and gourmet evening meal a wonderful treat.
