I thought the place was fabulous as it consisted of a brand new, low rise building, housing 12 apartments in a beautiful garden full of palm trees, collected from all over the world and all meticulously labled. Just to say we both cannot praise Pablo the manager highly enough as he
was excellent. We traveled to the apt via a car hired from the airport
record go (will not use them again as no satnav available to hire
crazy!) due to this we were unable to fnd our way there and pablo bless
him came out of his way to guide us to the apt. What was even better we
managed to borrow a gps off him as he was so kind and took pitty on us
(left him a bottle of whiskey as a thank you). The location is amazing

Highly comfortable, nice, large rooms and silent rooms, very clean and the free wi-fi. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive.
Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and
very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a
fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further
doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. One room was a
suite, large living room with large patio and and kingsize bedroom.

Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.

The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of
room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not
shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get
washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they
could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

Buffet had a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner although some of the hot meals were a bit cold (you can always microwave it but that's not ideal). The atmosphere was relaxed and we felt welcome.
