  The managers, Lawrence and a blonde lady (can't remember her name) were very accommodating for us right from arrival. We were allowed to arrive 3 hours before we originally planned which was great and were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge because it wasn't being used the days we had booked. The room was fantastic, very spacious, clean and ... hva folk sier » well equipped (tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer etc.) The hotel felt very safe, and the grounds were well kept - pool area and restaurant looked nice a - it was great,we stop in appartments quite a lot as we have two small dogs.we were meet by lorance on the front of the apartments block, as i had to ring him as couldnt get the address in to my satnav.and he directed us in.he even carried my case for me.he could not have been more helpful .the apartment its self was great ,clean very well equiped with cd,dvd ,sat tv,tea coffee sugar everything. it was quiet too.we will be going back soon i think.the location was brill,bars cafe's and manhattans

  Everyone was very helpful & friendly - Fast check in and out. Nice clean room. Very friendly and professional staff. Secure compound for my car. I will be staying again

  Apartments very clean , modern comfortable and well equipped. location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from all tourist sights , the fresh food market is on the door step, shops and restaurants (Lots of Tapas bars very good prices ) all minutes away. Take the map as we got lost alot !! but not a problem as this is A very beautiful city, we f... hva folk sier » elt safe while walking around. The staff were very helpful and came straight away to sort out the large window which would not close. Left our luggag - The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table, sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used. They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way ... hva folk sier » they could. - All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us information about what to see in the city and where to eat. The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody. Very good location that allows us to visit Valencia on foot. Recommendable 100%

  Loved this place. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions & a 2 min walk to the food market. The flat was perfect, clean & good facilities. Secure parking is approx 5 min walk away. Highly recommended would stay there again no hesitation. - Location Brilliant and staff were really helpf... hva folk sier » ul.   The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. One room was a suite, large living room with large patio and and kingsize bedroom.... hva folk sier » The other room was the same size bedroom and both bathrooms were fantastic. Large showers, huge step into baths, lots of closets and separate toilets - Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.
