This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just
takes

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. The location of these apartments is amazing.. Within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants and shops. Including a small supermarket right next door! Also only a 15min bus journey to Siam Park.

I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. -

Lovely looking resort with 2 large pools (1 with swim up bar) and
smaller paddling pools for kids - pools have pearly mosaic tiles.! Our
apartment looked like it had been recently refurbished - generous
wardrobe space, modern bathroom with walk in shower. We stayed in a
studio with a fold down bed which was very large & surprisingly
comfortable. We had a very large yard instead of a balcony, which was
