  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   Peaceful location, generally good facilities, friendly staff, value for money, pleasing ambience - The room was extremely confortable, clean and luxurious; we especially liked the terrace with the long chairs. The environment of the hotel was very peaceful and calm...this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during out 10 day circuit-stay in Tenerife.

  The a/c was not working too well when we first arrived but the hotel staff managed to sort it out quite quickly - excellent value for money very clean and well maintained quiet during our stay close to airport
