  Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming. We will not be staying anywhere else in future, for us we will always be returni - Location, facilities in the apartment, comfort, peace and quiet, privacy, own pool, service and cleanliness,,,,,and the big comfy bed.

  I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the hol... hva folk sier » idays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... hva folk sier » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  Wonderful view of the sea and fantastic sunsets. Room 204 very quiet as no-one above or below you. Good walk to a lovely beach, you get used to walking back up the hill or a taxi only costs 4 euro. Lovely quiet pool even though there was a lot of young people there when we were, nice bar during the day.   Veldig bra leiligheter, will be back a day... - The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toas... hva folk sier » ter, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV channels. - we liked everything about the premises, the staff and the facilities. The quality was good and we were upgraded without any extra charge.

  Really nice hotel in a quiet area. Nice room, nice staff and excellent service. We really enjoyed staying at your hotel in Tenerife:-) - Beliggenheten var fin iforhold til butikker og strand, rommet var paselig stort, fint og rent, bassenget var herlig, pluss for at det var oppvarmet, hyggelig, behjelpelig personale.
