We were also touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff in leaving a coffee machine and sandwiches in our room (unrequested) for our early departure the next morning.   Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip, nicely away from that. The pool and surrounding area is blissful. You can easily laze there all day and people watch.The poolside food options are reasonable. Nikki beach gives off good vibe. But I would highly reco - We had a very nice stay in this lovely hotel in the beginning of this June.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  Very accommodating and friendly staff who were happy to speak English. Pleasant pool-side, dining areas (inside and out). Fair sized bedroom and balcony with views (bit restricted by tall pines). Good breakfast to suit all tastes. Pleasant quiet location with less than 10 min. walk to Port area which we think is best part of town. Nearby Cala (5 m... hva folk sier » in.) very crowded. If driving - trip to Far a bit hairy! - Location - away from the busy Cala Ratjada town and harbour but within easy and pleasant walking distance. Minutes from the pretty and small Cala Gat beach and the short coast walk around to Cala Ratjada. Rooms and poolside very clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facilities. We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.

  I stayed in the hotel for 3 wonderful nights and I enjoyed it a lot! The room was clean, big and very beautiful. This is a design hotel where everything is well studied. It's a pleasure to come back to your room and walk around the hotel..the swimming pool is also beautiful and clean. Explore every corner of the hotel because everything is amazing... hva folk sier » ! Ses Salines is also a great place to stay. From here you can reach a big range of beach and 'calas' with the car. There is also a beautiful and good - We were upgraded from double room with terrace to Junior Suite and it was magnificient. The hotel is absolutely beautiful; comfortable and comes with nicely designed rooms + bathrooms, amazing garden with flowers and great swimming pool. The breakfast is great and is served outside or inside depending on the weather. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. I strongly advice this hotel for couples and families.

  This hotel was top-notch. All the staff was exceptionally friendly. The whole hotel and restaurant is very stylish and tasteful with many nice touches. The shared spaces are brilliant with a joint roof-terrace with lovely view and a perfect inner garden where breakfast was taken.
