The location is perfect for visits to the Wineries and beyond. The staff from the Manager down were friendly,helpful and so willing to make our stay there just perfect. Friendly helpful staff - Logrono is a nice place to stroll and people watch. The river walk down by the Ebro looks nice. Unfortunately, it rained alot while we were there and it is more of a pedestrian place.

Brinas is a very pretty historic village in Rioja and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel, decorated with murals and antique funiture, to anyone looking for somewhere unique to stay. (once a Palace the property was used as Headquarter of the Italian Troops during the Spanish Civil War.) The staff are very helpful (coming out to our car with an umbella as we arrived during an unbelievable summer storm!!) This was our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed.

I was walking the Camino with 2 friends....From Logrono to Burgos. The Hotel is right on the Camino trail and we had a triple room which was very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The friendly receptionist booked our hotel for us in the next stop (Bolerado) for the following night. -
