  The accommodation was set on a cliff edge and off ered panoramic views of the sea and with its infinity pool was amazing. It was easter time, and despite it beinbg full, there was never any rush for sunbeds or reservations. We travelled with two children ages 10 and 6, we did feel they had to be fairly quite around the pool as the other guests lik... hva folk sier » ed the quietness of the surrounding, however this did not spoil our fun. The staff were excellent, the best we have come accross. All in all a fantast - We (young couple) went to the Serenity Hotel to enjoy a weekend without problems. Fortunately, we had none since the Hotel provides everything you need. The staff was friendly, the pool gorgeous (although 1,40m deep only) and the view at the beach stunning. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.

  I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! I also found the place to be secure and en - Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

You can visit any place you'd like to. Maspalomas, Las Palmas etc.
