I thought the food was really good and they had a great variety of food. The spa facilities were excellent and so was the girl on reception there, she was always a pleasure to deal with. The kiddies entertainment was very good also. The hotel was very clean -

Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. We stayed there for nearly a month, great place, apartments with lovely huge terraces and sunbeds. Kitchen full with all the things you need even the oven, juicer and coffee maker which for 3* is not that common. The best hotel we stayed in Canary Islands!
The Staff. They were so kind and speak perfect English and some other language like Swedish and Japanese as well.
We asked for extra towels and some other stuffs, we left our room and came back to the room after 10 minutes maybe, then everything was fixed and prepared.
Lovely, warm and cosy pool with a life guard. Perfect pool side bar!
You do not need to worry about a bad equiped kichen, we hade everything (with high standard) there!
