  We just returned from staying 3 nights at this hotel. We were impressed by how well it lived up to its reputation. The kids' favorite part was the pool and the mini-zoo, my favorite part was the good-quality beds, and my husband liked the restaurant. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and attentive, and worked very hard to ensure everything ... hva folk sier » ran smoothly. One special touch was that each apartment had its own drying rack, so we could hang our bathing suits and towels out to dry. The hotel i - We stayed for 10 nights, the hotel is on the edge of town , but everywhere is within easy reach. The Patron and his team were all very friendly and eager to please, we felt very welcome and looked well looked after. A Guarda has the feel of old Spain, lots of friendly polite people, fresh local food and produce, and you feel welcome where ever you go. We stayed during the fiesta's and WOW the amount of people was amazing, but such a friendly atmosphere !

  It is an extraorindarily beautiful property with attention to detail inside and out. The room was delightful and comfortable with wonderful beds. The owner gave us a guided tour to explain the history of the property and the rennovation process -- fascinating. We had dinner one night at the hotel and enjoyed it greatly. We overheard quite a few clients mentioning that they had been there before and were planning to return.

  What can I say !! This is a beautiful little apartment overlooking Inmaculada Square. One could also see the Cathedral. We arrived at Plaza Do Obradoiro where I parked and Lavinia went off to find Ines the owner of the apartment.Ten minutes later she arrived with Ines in Ines' car. We transferred our luggage and then followed Ines to the car park ... hva folk sier » where I parked my car [10.50 Euro per day] Then it was off to the apartment where we met Paulo, Ines' friend who payed a major roll in getting our lug - There are nothing bad to talk about this place. The location is perfect, behind of La Catedral de Compostela (the main church) and right in the middle of the old city, full of restaurants, souvenirs stores and bars. The room is very comfortable, like a small apartment with new facilities and a very good view. Ines, the hostess, is best friend you could have in your stay. She will try her best to make you feel comfortable and tell you everything you must see/do, do not forget to have a nice talk
