  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is wonderful with great views of the mountains and fabulous walks right on your doorstep. The rooms are good with comfirtable firm beds and the bathrooms are excellent. The adjoining restaurant serves very reasonably priced food.   Hotel Sa Calma is a gorgeous hotel and we had an extremely relaxing stay there. The staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome our entire stay. They have a chess and a backgammon table in a beautiful sitting area and it was great to see my two older boys having a blast challenging each other in a game of chess upon our arrival.   Room was excellent, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. The food was wonderful. We were served by a young lady who appeared to be new. I think her name was Alexandra? It may have been spelt differently . She was enthusiastic and smiled a lot. Her attitude was a feature of our evening. The proximity to the city was a feature of hotel and the swimming pool was a - The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.
