Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. We loved this hotel and will definately be returning for our Wedding anniversary again next October. We may even return there in January as we always like to get a week in the sun then. The amount of rooms allows there to be a great ambiance at this hotel, it has a very relaxed almost zen like quality with the courtyard and pool area being the icing on the cake, it's real affordable luxury if you want to tune and drop out.... I'd best describe the hotel as relaxing oh, and there's great golf too :) loved it, will definitely return.

What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. Ellers tilsvarte samtlige av de andre av hotellets fasiliteter, servicenivå beliggenhet, aktiviteter for ikke å si mat, som var en skandale til mine forventninger! - The sorroundings and the service. - Overall the sunrise reading a book in the balcony. Food was ok as well.
