The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

The villas are located in a nice quiet closed and safe complex. Each villa provides plenty of privacy even for family with grandparents and small kids. Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults.

We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved. Our room was clean, including carpets which looked reasonably new. - Breakfast was wonderfull.Pools ware big and beautifull
