  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   Havutsikten fra rommet var bra. Ellers tilsvarte samtlige av de andre av hotellets fasiliteter, servicenivå beliggenhet, aktiviteter for ikke å si mat, som var en skandale til mine forventninger! - The sorroundings and the service. - Overall the sunrise reading a book in the balcony. Food was ok as well.

  Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes ... hva folk sier » to fix it. Would definitely recommend this villa.
