Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely room facing the sea,
the sun disappeared off the balcony by 3 pm. Food was excellent with
plenty of choice. The clientele were pretty much all German. We hardly
saw any children at the hotel which suited us. We walked a lot during

Very nice hotel, confortable, with excelent food and service.
Beautiful beach view, and terrace.
Plenty of chaise-lounges and umbrellas by the swimmng pools.
We also enjoyed very much the spa swimming pool with warm water and several jacuzzi jets. (it was not well advertized).
Maintenance service was quick too, something was wrong in the bathroom, and it was replaced immediately.

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money
