  Personalet var imøtekommende og serviceminded - beliggenheten var helt perfekt for oss. 15 minutter spasertur til borgen og 15 minutter spasertur til det store markedet.   The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right.   The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle... hva folk sier » s in Puerta del Sol, a bit of a longer walk, but worthwhile for the value. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and - Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!
