We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Overall a great hotel. - I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed.

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

looking out from our room to the beach and sea.relaxed atmosphere and we loved using the spa facilities.excellent buffet breakfast and evening buffet plenty of choice for everyone. - Champagne breakfast! The hotel was shut. We had no advance notice. We arrived and it was closed, no staff present all locked up. I was not able to read the spanish note on the gate. We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The
staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very
kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always

The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We turned up from the airport at 21.50 and were made very welcome, and was able to have a buffet meal as they were serving until 10.30pm, the dinningroom staff made us very welcome. - only one night no real problems. food ok
