  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

  Clean Room. Friendly staff. Location. Free transfer from/to Barajas airport (you arrive and call by phone and in minutes they pick up to the terminal you inform. Just wait to the van at the bus station. The van clear says Tach Hote. Good drivers) Close to many restaurants. Close to metro station to Madrid. Safe in room. I will book again this hotel to wait for my flights in the future. - The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

  It was very close to the airport with a 24 hour bus shuttle service. In addition, it was very comfortable and seemed to have a great range of facilities. - The staff at the front desk were excellant. Wanted to have a hotelwith shuttle.

  Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
