  The hotel was approx. 30 mins from Santander where we were catching the overnight ship to the UK so the position was good. The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating and the young lad that checked us in was very helpful and managed to speak English to us which was nice. The bar and restaurant seemed to be a favourite with the locals... hva folk sier » and was packed at lunch and evening times but we got a table with no problems and the food was very good and the place had a true Spanish feel to it. - Helpfulness of staff
